Angela has a gift that cannot easily be described in words. She has the ability to hear an individual’s goals, needs and struggles and will put the time, energy and love into the exercise, conversations and energy work to ensure her clients achieve their goal and walk away better than when she met them. I was blessed to be able to spend an extended long weekend with her on a wellness retreat in Costa Rica. I came into the retreat after what I would consider one of the hardest emotionally exhausting/challenging year of my life after the sudden loss of a parent, shifts in relationships with family members, and a toxic relationship I stayed in for way too long.
