]]> If you happen to find yourself getting caught up in the fear of the unknown, remind yourself to slow down, take a deep breath and feel the rhythm of your heart.  

 Your heart knows the truth.  The truth that you have everything you need.  YOU are whole, wise and wealthy beyond measure.

 Stop. Center yourself and allow the beat of your “drum” to guide you in a clear direction when taking the next step.  You don’t need to know the “big picture” of what your life is suppose to BE, but you will know how to take the next step in divine time.  

 Quiet your mind. Breathe deeply and BE grateful for what you have today.
