According to Scripture, there are numerous examples of angels that are sent to guard and protect humanity.

And according to the Christian tradition, every soul who enters this world is accompanied by a guardian angel. And this angel stays with us from the moment we’re born until the moment of our death, and stays at our side every moment of our life.

Angels vibrate at a very high frequency, know our Divine blueprint and help us live out our soul’s intention.

And if you’re open to their assistance they will help guide and direct you to many magical moments and opportunities.

I also have hope that our animals have guardian angels based on my personal experiences.

I share about my Divine encounters in Trigger’s book. Our journey actually began with him being rescued by an earth angel moments before he took a leap onto a busy highway.

Indeed, this experience was one of the most stressful moments in my life and if I wouldn’t have personally witnessed it, I probably wouldn’t have believed it!

But, it’s true!

A woman appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared out of nowhere for Trigger’s sake.

A Guardian Angel Story!

Last week a client came into my office for an intuitive energy healing session. And as she was lying on the table, nothing less than the Miraculous occurred.

I saw and felt an angelic being “fly” into the room and stand next to my client. (my client had her eyes closed.)

When I intuitively asked, “Who are you?” A soft voice replied, “I’m her guardian angel.” And then I began to see divine colors of violet and blue swirl around the room.

This Heavenly presence was AWE-mazing. Loving, warm, caring, and to the point!

The guardian angel commented, “Today is the day we met.”

I didn’t know what she meant by that so I intuitively smiled and nodded.

And then her presence was no longer visible to me.

When my client got off the table, I told her what I saw and relayed the spiritual messages that came through.

My client had the biggest grin on her face and said, “You know, today is my birthday.”

We both had goosebumps!

And then, this spiritual message made perfect sense!

Indeed, my client and her guardian angel met on the day of her birth and her guardian angel acknowledged that during our session.

The spiritual realm is so beautiful.

Connecting with your guardian angel takes an open heart and an open ear.

Listen and pay attention to how and when your guardian angel is communicating with you.

Angels often speak to us through flowers, whispers, warm-tingling sensations and goose bumps.

And in my experience, spiritual messages usually show up unexpected and out of the ordinary.

The reason why angels are on “top” of mind is because a few nights ago Archangel Sandalphon came to me. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced his energy and it was pretty magical. He told me his name and also stated that his role is to carry my prayers to God. And then I woke up! It was surreal experience.

Angels are God’s helpers, and are known to be on “assignment.” They are spiritual beings who assist God, especially in the work of salvation and their roles also include protectors and guides for humans, as well as for animals, in my experience.

Depending on the situation, I mostly call upon Archangel Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and now Sandaphon. Angels play different roles and depending on your needs, they are eager to help when you call them by name.

So when I need an extra dose of protection and strength, I call upon Michael. He carries a sword and is a powerful warrior to have on your team! I also ask him to hover over my home and add extra layer of protection.

I call upon Gabriel when I need extra support for creativity and communication, and I invoke Raphael for healing myself, my clients and animals. And now I will call upon Sandaphon.

I felt inspired to share a couple of stories with you tonight.

It’s been a week of spiritual surprises and here are a few highlights to brings a smile and Hope to your evening.

Story #1

A client (I’ll call her, Susan) I hadn’t seen in a few years came into my office today for an intuitive reading and cranial sacral session. She originally came to me after a car accident and needed “work” to re-balance her central nervous system.

When I saw her today I immediately gave her a big hug! She sat down and with tears in her eyes said, “you wouldn’t believe how I found your number.”

The other day I was praying about who I should talk to about my “challenges” and then I walked into a room and your business card was lying in the middle of the floor. So I took that as a sign I needed to come in ASAP.”

Susan had questions about her boyfriend, and their relationship and wanted guidance on how to break patterns she was noticing within herself.

And then the flood gates opened. Several of her loved ones, who have crossed over, had spiritual messages for her.

It began with her business partner/best friend. She unexpectedly passed away a few months ago and wanted to give Susan a specific message to remember the “why” when they began their business. She also relayed information about important paperwork and passwords.

And then, another friend who passed from pancreatic cancer had a message for her son that she wanted Susan to pass along to him.

Her dog, Gracie, (yes, animals speak) who is still alive and well but was not happy with her human mom! Susan moved her dog bed to the lower level and she was not happy about it. Gracie wanted to sit next to the front door! Animals are so funny!

And then sure enough, her dad came through like he did the last time. He passed away about 20 years ago. He mentioned “mom” and how he’s watching over their relationship with specifics about her health condition.

And finally, I reset Susan’s cranial sacral flow to rebalance the energy moving up and down her spine to get her back into the “flow” of life!

I love this “work!” It is so rewarding and I’m grateful that I get to make the connection of Love through spiritual messages and healing energy.

The power of Love is transformative. And remember, you are a powerful co-creator in how you shape your reality.

Story #2

So last Thursday I sat down and entered a few book contests but the technical difficulties were beyond challenging!

As you know, Trigger the Wonder Horse is a deeply, spiritual book and it took every ounce of energy to write and publish it.

Well after an exhausting 2 hours of navigating through glitches, the book was entered and I needed go for a walk to clear my head.

I began to pray and asked God to send me a sign to let me know I did the “right” thing, and preferably a sign that can’t be misinterpreted on any level.

It was mid-day and I was pretty much the only person on my walk except for a couple.

As I was about 1/2 through my walk, I looked ahead on the trail and noticed a white piece of paper lying in the middle of the sidewalk, with no body in sight.

My heart started to pound and I thought to myself, “is that for me?” I bent down to pick it up. I unfolded the piece of paper and it was a Bible verse that was handwritten by Shannon. ( I have no idea who Shannon is) But apparently God worked through Shannon that day to give me a message.

Sometimes life is stranger than fiction.

I wanted to share with you an inspirational experience that occurred in my life last week.

As most of you know, I love animals. All animals. And I’ll do whatever it takes to help an animal heal.

Last week, Trigger’s best fur friend passed away from health issues. Her name was Allie and she lived to be 35 yrs old.

Trigger really really loved her and even began his grieving process of missing her the day before she was euthanized. I could see it on his face and in his actions. Allie also knew her time was up on this earthy plane. She was tired and didn’t feel good. Her body language said it all.

On the day she was euthanized, I got to the barn about 5 minutes after she was put down.

From my understanding, Trigger witnessed the entire “thing.” All I know is that when I got to the barn he was standing in the corner of the pasture, whinnying his heart out while looking her direction. I stood with him, hugging and crying with him, too.

Then all of a sudden Trigger decided he wanted to eat so made a B-line for my truck. He knows where the grain is. I followed him, opened the gate and then my car door. He began to eat, peacefully.

When he was finished munching he walked to the other side of my truck and stood looking in Allies’s direction. I sat next to him on a bucket gazing into the field. Unbeknownst to me, my friend, Cathy snapped this photo from her phone in Divine time. No filter has been added. As is.

If you look closley, you’ll see a beam of sunshine in the distance. This is where Allie’s body was laid to rest. Trigger and I sat for a few minutes, and then he turned around and began to eat his alfalfa.

I put my hand on his head and began to pray. Cathy then snapped this photo, without realizing what she was“really” was taking a picture of. The love between two souls.

Love knows no bounds and the healing power of Prayer moves through each and every one of us including our animals.

Without a doubt, I believe God provides for ALL our loved ones. After all, animals are here to help us humans heal and recognize our who we are as spiritual beings.

This is proof. I believe you can visibly see her spirit and God’s connection reunite.

The body is a wise vehicle, as the subconscious mind has the tendency to tap into information before the conscious mind can verify the facts. The trick is being able to interpret the signs before you get too far off a “graceful” path.

I wanted to share with you a few intuitive insights that I often talk about during workshops or when clients come into my office. But please remember, a conversation about your health in my office is no substitute for seeing a medical professional.

In my experience, when a stressful situation presents itself, the body will react in one way or another: positively or negatively. And unfortunately if the body feels the” impression” to be negative, you may experience some sort of physical hinderance. BUT the Good news is, if the issue can be verbally communicated and the mind can create a “game plan” towards a solution, the physical ache/pain may dissipate if the pain hasn’t manifested into something greater.

So here are 5 cues that your body may be offering a warning light about your current state of well-being, and future!

Your Body’s Wisdom

Lower back pain- A sign that your body believes it’s in a FEARFUL situation. Or perhaps, you feel “paralyzed” about your current situation? (This may also be an indication you need to become MORE aware of your immediate surroundings).

Digestion issues- Having a hard time “stomaching” what’s going on in your life. (Don’t confuse this with your “gut” instinct.)

Knee pain- The body is throwing “caution to the wind” about walking forward in the direction you’re currently headed.

Cold/flu/bronchitis- Unresolved worry/grief is waining on your heart.
Foot issues- The Universe is trying to propel you forward but you’re dragging your heels or unsure of how/when to take the next step.

Like I mentioned this is a VERY SHORT summary of the factors that may wrecking havoc on your body according to what I’ve witnessed in the 16 years I’ve been working with clients.

A personal story:

A few weeks ago I personally experienced a series of aches and pains that were relevant signs about what was going to happen. The future. From blinking lights in my car, a blinding headache, and then noticing scattered shoes lying in the middle of the street, on 3 different occasions IN THE SAME DAY was a bit odd–but apparently not odd enough!! Anyway, this scenario was no doubt the Universe’s way of giving me a red stop sign. Now luckily nothing “bad” happened, just a life lesson in not locking my car door and paying the consequence of missing shoes and sunglasses that were taken from my backseat.

Hence, the Universe did provide me with insight though. I just chose not to listen.

So what signs have you been hearing from the Universe, lately? Remember these signs may be providing you with valuable Wisdom about the choices you’re making in the present moment, and for YOUR future!

Excerpts from: A Charmed Journey: An Inspired Guide to Personal Transformation“

I didn’t grow up as a bible thumper, but I did grow up Catholic, going to church school on Wednesday’s and mass on Sundays. My mother would come into my room, bright and early Sunday mornings, get me out of bed and help me get ready. I would moan and groan about having to go, sometimes threatening to wear my pajamas; but my mom didn’t care. Her response was: “God doesn’t care what you look like, just as long as you show up.”

The Message:

As I was sitting behind a couple of women at church, I was admiring the holiday decor and noticed the beautiful angel glorifying the top of the Christmas tree.  Feeling a bit taken back by the essence of merriment that filled the air, a slew of emotions began to satiate my mind as I thought, “I wish my mom were here. She would really love it.”

Within seconds, the woman in front of me stood up and began taking off her coat. She leaned towards her friend and says, “Sometimes it’s more important to just BE HERE. I thought about wearing my pajamas this morning.” (chuckle chuckle)

Overhearing this comment made me laugh because it reminded me of what I used to say to my mother when I was 8 years old– especially when I was busy hiding under the warm covers and adamant about defying her instructions. .

This particular conversation between two people whom I didn’t know, not only put a gigantic smile on my face, but also served as spiritual messengers in reminding me that love never dies—it only transforms.  And although our loved ones (two-legged and/or four) are no longer at our side, their spirit is eternal–and often enhanced with a sense of humor.

So as you move throughout your daily life…..

Remember…..

The holiday season has the tendency to stir up emotions such as grief, loneliness, and sadness stemming from a devastating loss. Be with it. Cry. Be upset. Allow yourself to experience the emotion that desires to be expressed.  This is the path to healing.  Situations present “itself” so you can heal yourself–and to give YOU the gift and opportunity to choose Grace. 

When using your “eyes to see and ears to hear,” the sacred signs of hope are omnipresent and represented in an array of forms: physical and non-physical, human and non-human. And if you shall wonder if your life is being held in the arms of Unconditional Love; stop what you’re doing, close your eyes and breathe deeply. For it is within the silence of the mind that eternal wisdom and guidance will reveal itself to you, and your path becomes clear as the warmth of Goodness fills your heart with JOY.

There isn’t a specific way to ask for Divine guidance. It’s an intimate conversation between you and God that begins within the truth of your heart and manifests itself into tangible evidence—and all in Divine timing. You will also be required to give up the desire to control external circumstances and be willing to discipline yourself to witness Grace in motion.

Regardless if your personal preference for calling upon Spiritual assistance is elicited from: God, archangels, guardian angels, spirit guides, or loved ones from the other side, trust the source of healing energy that’s bestowed upon you is a gift from God. NO THING or NO ONE is excluded from Divine healing and guidance, ever, as all forms of creation are significantly held within the arms of which it was created.

Years ago, I had a blue Persian cat named Essa. (Stories about her are also in my book.) She was quite the lady. She was mostly blind and deaf, but loved being pampered; and she was in my life to teach me numerous lessons.

Anyway, this story took place over Christmas break. My brother spent the holiday at my house, but when he left to return home, apparently, Essa darted out the door without him noticing.

When I came home later that afternoon, Essa was no where to be found. I didn’t have much time to look for her as I was on my lunch break but figured she’d be back that evening because she’d be hungry.

Well…that didn’t happen. And after 3 days of looking for her day and night, scouring the streets for her whereabouts I surrendered to the fact that she wasn’t coming home.

As I often do, when I find myself stumbling through life seeking answers during times of uncertainly, I sit down and get silent. I know myself well enough to know that I seldom receive solutions to my dilemmas when I work my brain into a frenzy of rational thinking. I allow Wisdom to arise through me as I immerse myself in the feeling of gratitude and surrender to, “Thy will be done,” —-and I follow the instructions that I’m being given as well as utilizing common sense.

It was 9pm, and in my last attempt to find her…I decided to do this:

Create a “Lost” flyer to paste on the community mailboxes. And while I was busy designing the sign, I remembered I’d read somewhere that if you call upon “the angels” and more specifically, Archangel Raphael (God’s healing messenger for healing and animals) well, anything can happen.

Hey! At this point, I had nothing to lose, so asked for Divine help in bringing Essa home. I focused my attention to be open for anything but expect nothing.

So after creating my black and white flyer, and with duct tape in hand to make darn sure “my sign” was going to securely stick to the metal mailboxes, I opened the door, took one step, and here comes Essa, nonchalantly walking in like nothing ever happened.

My response: Speechless. Dumbfounded. Awe-mazement…as I spoke many words of gratitude for bringing Essa home safely.
