I’m often asked about “manifesting” and how I’ve manifested Divine experiences in my life.

If you’ve read my memoir, A Charmed Journey,  you’d know that I talk about how I manifested trips, opportunities, educational experiences, relationships, and most importantly Divine encounters.

The truth is that God is my focus and foundation…

but I also know that I have to do the physical “part” by aligning my energy, aka frequency, every single day.

Aligning thoughts, words and actions between the mind, body and spirit..

are fundamental for manifestation.

In addition, the flow of Wisdom (and grit) needs to continue even when in doubt….

There are a lot of moving pieces when it comes to manifesting and bringing your deepest desires and dreams into this life experience….

and nothing replaces hard work, dedication and God’s grace.

The power of prayer is my go-to and then I set my intention.

And by continually doing the daily “work” ….

spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically

is what will turn the circumstances around in life.

According to Scripture, there are numerous examples of angels that are sent to guard and protect humanity.

And according to the Christian tradition, every soul who enters this world is accompanied by a guardian angel. And this angel stays with us from the moment we’re born until the moment of our death, and stays at our side every moment of our life.

Angels vibrate at a very high frequency, know our Divine blueprint and help us live out our soul’s intention.

And if you’re open to their assistance they will help guide and direct you to many magical moments and opportunities.

I also have hope that our animals have guardian angels based on my personal experiences.

I share about my Divine encounters in Trigger’s book. Our journey actually began with him being rescued by an earth angel moments before he took a leap onto a busy highway.

Indeed, this experience was one of the most stressful moments in my life and if I wouldn’t have personally witnessed it, I probably wouldn’t have believed it!

But, it’s true!

A woman appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared out of nowhere for Trigger’s sake.

A Guardian Angel Story!

Last week a client came into my office for an intuitive energy healing session. And as she was lying on the table, nothing less than the Miraculous occurred.

I saw and felt an angelic being “fly” into the room and stand next to my client. (my client had her eyes closed.)

When I intuitively asked, “Who are you?” A soft voice replied, “I’m her guardian angel.” And then I began to see divine colors of violet and blue swirl around the room.

This Heavenly presence was AWE-mazing. Loving, warm, caring, and to the point!

The guardian angel commented, “Today is the day we met.”

I didn’t know what she meant by that so I intuitively smiled and nodded.

And then her presence was no longer visible to me.

When my client got off the table, I told her what I saw and relayed the spiritual messages that came through.

My client had the biggest grin on her face and said, “You know, today is my birthday.”

We both had goosebumps!

And then, this spiritual message made perfect sense!

Indeed, my client and her guardian angel met on the day of her birth and her guardian angel acknowledged that during our session.

The spiritual realm is so beautiful.

Connecting with your guardian angel takes an open heart and an open ear.

Listen and pay attention to how and when your guardian angel is communicating with you.

Angels often speak to us through flowers, whispers, warm-tingling sensations and goose bumps.

And in my experience, spiritual messages usually show up unexpected and out of the ordinary.

Watch Video about Archangel Raphael 

The reason why angels are on “top” of mind is because a few nights ago Archangel Sandalphon came to me. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced his energy and it was pretty magical. He told me his name and also stated that his role is to carry my prayers to God. And then I woke up! It was surreal experience.

Angels are God’s helpers, and are known to be on “assignment.” They are spiritual beings who assist God, especially in the work of salvation and their roles also include protectors and guides for humans, as well as for animals, in my experience.

Depending on the situation, I mostly call upon Archangel Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and now Sandaphon. Angels play different roles and depending on your needs, they are eager to help when you call them by name.

So when I need an extra dose of protection and strength, I call upon Michael. He carries a sword and is a powerful warrior to have on your team! I also ask him to hover over my home and add extra layer of protection.

I call upon Gabriel when I need extra support for creativity and communication, and I invoke Raphael for healing myself, my clients and animals. And now I will call upon Sandaphon.

Hello everyone,

Many blessings to you.

I hope this email finds you well and gives you a sense of hope after you read this short note.

I feel that now more than ever we need to be reminded that God is in control and our “job” as a spiritual being having a human experience is to balance our inner energy, align our vibration and focus on the Good.

So when you’re out and about in Mother Nature please take a moment to look up or look down, whatever you’re being “called” to do..

By taking the time to gaze into the clouds, the tress, the birds, and the flowers you will be reminded that God is everywhere and His gifts are abundant.

Inspired short stories 

Story #1

A few weeks ago I was in California teaching a spiritual workshop and as I was walking through a field of tall grasses I looked down and noticed a “nut.”

Now, I am NOT a nut expert or was standing underneath a “nut” tree and there weren’t any other nuts insight!!!!  ….(except for me, of course:)

Anyway…

I’m assuming this is a walnut but what I found interesting is the shell was cracked straight down the middle and when I picked it up and separated the pieces, I clearly saw two hearts.

I smiled and my first thought was, “Thanks God. I know we are all a little nuts.” And my second thought, “it’s through the process of healing and being united with our own heart and inner Spirit is when we feel the most Whole and complete.”

And the third thought, “The physical body. It’s about integrating the masculine and feminine “sides” during the transformation process.”

So from this point of receiving Intuitive messages all I could think about is God is everywhere, and watching.

Story #2

As I was walking through the yoga studio’s parking lot, lying next to my truck were two gold coins. No, they aren’t real. They actually look as if they’re from an arcade/game room but again, no arcade is in the vicinity.

Regardless I picked them up and put them in my pocket.

But when I got home I felt inspired to search the words “walnuts” and “gold coins,” separately, to see if there was any correlation in the Bible pertaining to these items.

The answer is yes and if you’re interested you can do your own research.

I don’t desire to push my belief system on anyone. I only share my experiences.

FYI …I’ve put the gold coins in a very safe place, just in case.

Story #3

Be on the lookout for…

Angels.  Yes, I said angels. Heaven is invading the earth.

Last week during an intuitive energy session with a client an “angel”  appeared in my office bringing a spiritual message.

Because I am clairvoyant and clairaudient the message came through loud and clear.

The angel said to me, “tell her she saw me and I am real.”

I had no idea what “he” meant but it felt as if he was standing in the room with us.

So after the energy session she sat up on the table and I asked her with a straight face, “have you met anyone out of the ordinary lately?”

I didn’t know how else to phrase it.

She began laughing and said, “you’ll never believe this but yesterday I was in Whole Foods and saw a man dressed in white pants, a blue sports coats wearing a huge pair of black sunglasses.  He looked like he was from a movie!  I told myself, ‘he must be an angel’ but as I got closer to him he disappeared into thin air. I couldn’t believe my eyes.”

Her and I looked at each other in disbelief and then began to laugh.

Apparently angels come and go as they please.

So there you go.

The mind is a powerful thing. And chances are if your mind/spirit are not in alignment with your heart’s desire, you may be sabotaging your own experience. You can either use the vibration of fear as the motivator for your goals or the saboteur in what you desire to create.

Yes, moving through fear may be a daunting process because your “story” once had relevance but it no longer needs to be that way.

The acronym for FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real and beholds the energy to stifle your success especially when gone undetected.

This is why you gingerly approach new opportunities with eyes wide open and let your intuitive voice be your guide on how to proceed forward.

Be on the lookout on how God may show up in your life. This may be the small miracle you’ve been seeking. Wisdom can appear in a variety of ways such as: messages appearing on license plates, strangers on the street, songs on the radio or frost on the hood of a car.

Set your intention and open your heart to receive all that the Universe has to offer.

In these circumstances, I’d venture to say, that for the majority of “us”:  economic status, social values, whether you pray to God, a Higher Power or nothing at all, it doesn’t really matter, because chaos requires your inner Spirit to “step up” despite your PERSONAL beliefs.  During moments of devastation, reckoned with the overwhelming state of grief, the ever-evolving world is destined to transform right before your eyes, and your decision to help is based upon your heart’s inner calling and your willingness to be of service to others.

Regardless of it’s rescuing a living creature from the wrath of rising waters, digging trenches, throwing water onto burning timber, or hovering over a stranger and hauling their body to the hospital, God works through all of us; and in ways that you wouldn’t have imagined…until the situation presents itself.

Your choices matter. So however you’re spiritually, emotionally, physically or financially  connected for making a contribution in life:  your decisions make a impact on those around you.

If you shall ever feel alone in life, you’re not.  There are people ( and beyond) who love and care about you. But remember, during intense atrocities ridden with heartache and pain, darkness has the tendency to pervade the soul and drive you towards the feeling of despair, and this is when you behold the opportunity FOR A MIRACLE to occur, from within, as the Divine invites you to “work” against the challenge of fear. YOU are a Divine being, and VERY capable and stronger than any voice feeding any thought of doubt and insecurities. Keep the Faith.

You are loved. And you are never alone on this journey.

There isn’t a specific way to ask for Divine guidance. It’s an intimate conversation between you and God that begins within the truth of your heart and manifests itself into tangible evidence—and all in Divine timing. You will also be required to give up the desire to control external circumstances and be willing to discipline yourself to witness Grace in motion.

Regardless if your personal preference for calling upon Spiritual assistance is elicited from: God, archangels, guardian angels, spirit guides, or loved ones from the other side, trust the source of healing energy that’s bestowed upon you is a gift from God. NO THING or NO ONE is excluded from Divine healing and guidance, ever, as all forms of creation are significantly held within the arms of which it was created.

Years ago, I had a blue Persian cat named Essa. (Stories about her are also in my book.) She was quite the lady. She was mostly blind and deaf, but loved being pampered; and she was in my life to teach me numerous lessons.

Anyway, this story took place over Christmas break. My brother spent the holiday at my house, but when he left to return home, apparently, Essa darted out the door without him noticing.

When I came home later that afternoon, Essa was no where to be found. I didn’t have much time to look for her as I was on my lunch break but figured she’d be back that evening because she’d be hungry.

Well…that didn’t happen. And after 3 days of looking for her day and night, scouring the streets for her whereabouts I surrendered to the fact that she wasn’t coming home.

As I often do, when I find myself stumbling through life seeking answers during times of uncertainly, I sit down and get silent. I know myself well enough to know that I seldom receive solutions to my dilemmas when I work my brain into a frenzy of rational thinking. I allow Wisdom to arise through me as I immerse myself in the feeling of gratitude and surrender to, “Thy will be done,” —-and I follow the instructions that I’m being given as well as utilizing common sense.

It was 9pm, and in my last attempt to find her…I decided to do this:

Create a “Lost” flyer to paste on the community mailboxes. And while I was busy designing the sign, I remembered I’d read somewhere that if you call upon “the angels” and more specifically, Archangel Raphael (God’s healing messenger for healing and animals) well, anything can happen.

Hey! At this point, I had nothing to lose, so asked for Divine help in bringing Essa home. I focused my attention to be open for anything but expect nothing.

So after creating my black and white flyer, and with duct tape in hand to make darn sure “my sign” was going to securely stick to the metal mailboxes, I opened the door, took one step, and here comes Essa, nonchalantly walking in like nothing ever happened.

My response: Speechless. Dumbfounded. Awe-mazement…as I spoke many words of gratitude for bringing Essa home safely.

Angels amongst us….

Conversation with the lady sitting next to me at breakfast.

Me: Big week ahead of you?

Lady: Yes. My divorce will hopefully be final. I’ve spent a ton of money on court costs. My soon to be ex-husband is such a jerk. He’s so irritating. We argue about everything. Who knows how he will act in courtroom. Probably like a a$$, as usual. I’m so angry about it all.

Me: I understand. Change sucks and can be painful while you’re in the middle of it.

Lady: How do you handle a situation when you just want it to end?

Me: Well.. I’ve tried 2 approaches. Both being successful depending how you perceive it. The first approach was the: Anger, resentment, guilt and shame approach which was a waste of time, silly and worthless. It didn’t get me anywhere— except more suffering. Then I tried the second approach: Loving my way through it. Loving myself, the other person, and the entirely of the situation. I resisted nothing. I learned to accept the way it is. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t speak up for myself. But with each step, I moved with conscious courage, and I no longer allowed myself to operate from a “victim mentality;” therefore, allowed me to stand strong on my own 2 feet—plus I took responsibility for 100% of my behaviors.

So in my opinion, if you really want to “get back” at your husband— love him like never before. Authentic, pure and unconditional. He won’t know what happened to him, or you!!! And when YOU no longer stoop to his level, the energy that you are emanating is really the best revenge. Try it. All YOU have to do is to be willing to dig into the depths of your own heart…

Lady: Well…. but…..that seems like it would be impossible for me to do.

Me: Yeah.. I understand. And it might be beyond your mind’s ability at this point in time. So allow for your inner Light to do “the work,” and you focus on staying centered and getting your ego/personality out of the way. The Light can be much more efficient when you’re not setting up barriers that prevent the Essence from transforming your life. But you will have to do your share which is to intensely hold the Presence in the moment. Hey…I didn’t say it will be easy, but what I am saying is that it can be done if you are willing .

Lady: I will be all alone in the court room

Me: No you won’t

Lady: What do you mean?

Me: Take God with you.

Lady: I can do that?

Me: Why wouldn’t you? The absolute truth is that God is everywhere, and in everything. He’s the best resource YOU will ever have in YOUR LIFE…just ask. And use intention when you ask for help. And then, again, do your best to get “out of the way” and trust in the process. When you infuse Unconditional Love into any situation, it will always work out in your favor.

Lady: Sitting quietly …. I will.

Me: My breakfast is awesome …..

The question is–> “How do you write a book?”

So here it is! I’m giving you everything that I know about this subject… Which isn’t much. So this post will be short and sweet! Writing a book is clearly not my forte but I figured out how to get it done… The hard way!!! (PS.. I’m not recommending this approach 110%)

But this is how I did it….

Step 1. One day I sat down, opened up my laptop and began typing…knowing that I was NOT going to stop until I was done. I refused to let myself “off the hook.” I held myself accountable, everyday.

Step 2. When I was finished writing the entire manuscript, I prayed about it, and asked God what to do next. And one night, I got out of bed at 3am and googled various words; including the word “editor.” And on page 5 of Google, I found someone who appeared as if he could help me…sent him an email…..and we were a match!!

Step 3. Found my cover designer on Craig’s list… (I prayed about it first, tho)

Step 4. Found a local publisher who put all of the “moving parts” together for me.

Step 5. Done! I’m off and running

That’s it!! Like I mentioned earlier, how I completed this project was definitely not the “norm” and possibly not for everyone. You will figure out which way works best for you

In addition, if you’re mission is to write your first book, my advice would be to seek out a “writer’s coach” and follow a structured path. If they have a proven, successful track record, there is something to be said for that… Listening is good!

And finally …. Everyday, someone asks me how I got Dr. Wayne Dyer’s endorsement….

And my answer is quite simple. I prayed about it. The wisdom came to me on how to find his address, what to say, and what color of envelope to send it in… And when I dropped my book off at the post office it, I detached from the entire process. And two weeks later, I received an email from Dr. Dyer along with his endorsement, and he told me that when he came to Denver he wanted to meet me in person. That’s it!!!! This “entire thing” was Divinely guided. And it wasn’t because I knew someone who knew someone, or I bought my way “there”.

I hope this post was inspiring and maybe even motivated you to “do whatcha gotta do” to make yourself happy.
