The mind is a powerful thing. And chances are if your mind/spirit are not in alignment with your heart’s desire, you may be sabotaging your own experience. You can either use the vibration of fear as the motivator for your goals or the saboteur in what you desire to create.

Yes, moving through fear may be a daunting process because your “story” once had relevance but it no longer needs to be that way.

The acronym for FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real and beholds the energy to stifle your success especially when gone undetected.

This is why you gingerly approach new opportunities with eyes wide open and let your intuitive voice be your guide on how to proceed forward.

Be on the lookout on how God may show up in your life. This may be the small miracle you’ve been seeking. Wisdom can appear in a variety of ways such as: messages appearing on license plates, strangers on the street, songs on the radio or frost on the hood of a car.

Set your intention and open your heart to receive all that the Universe has to offer.

“When angels appear”

As I sat down to write this email, I began thinking about angels and the power of Divine guidance, and then I scrolled through facebook and noticed this photo that was posted yesterday.  To me this is evidence that God and his angels are watching over our world. (The angel is on the left and the soldier on the right).

So with that, my thoughts were then directed to deliver an inspired message about the power of inner transformation.

You see, the soul’s growth and evolution is continuously participating in at least 3 cosmic/earthy cycles simultaneously (in this dimension anyway.)

For instance, the physical body is experiencing a one year cycle, just like mother nature. The “inner shift” cycle is happening every 7 years, and then the spiritual body is operating within a nine year cycle. This is the renewal process of the mind, body and spirit.

Traumas, pain, chaos, ancestral, earthy and spiritual lessons/agreements are deeply embedded within these multi-dimensional layers of the soul that are beckoning to be healed and transcended. This is God’s plan for your life. To heal and connect. To renew the mind and connect with the One Mind.

So you may be wondering, “why is it so challenging to break certain “cycles” in my life?”

And the answer may be hidden in this thought. “It’s necessary to transform the energy within Self FIRST before the external world can show you the evidence of change.”

Now I wish I could say that I just read a few spiritual books and all of “this” made logical sense to me.  But this isn’t the case. This information has been revealed to me over the past year in my personal experiences, and in my face over the past 6 weeks! In fact, it’s mind boggling!

So if you’re saying to yourself, “What can I do to begin heal my cosmic/earthy cycles today?”…

Here is a suggestion to begin the inward journey of personal transformation…

The harvest full moon will appear Friday the 13^th…

Go outside and look up. Immerse yourself in Mother Earth’s nutrients by fueling yourself with Yin energy. The fall season is the time of year to reap the seeds you’ve sown.  To harvest the hard work you’ve devoted your time and energy towards; your dreams and ambitions. And as you gaze into this 9^th full moon in 2019, (how ironic is that?) take a deep breath and feel the wave of this healing light cleanse and purify your physical body one cell at a time, creating space for new beginnings and opportunities to be attracted to your soul for living your life’s purpose.

Now granted, personal transformation takes time, patience and dedication.  There is NO quick fix for transforming your life, but you can take one step and then another. And within a short amount of time you’ll be able to look back and see how far you’ve come in creating lasting changes from within.

Have you noticed who is “showing up” in your world??

If you’re seeking ideas on how to transform your circumstances, then here’s a suggestion. Choose to become aware of everyone who “randomly” enters your life, and notice if there’s a spiritual message representing this connection. The Universe is often relentless when wanting to grab your attention, and decoding the signs that are being provided isn’t always a simple task. But through reflection and contemplation, the answers you’re wanting may be staring you in the face.

I want to share a short story about my latest ah-ha moment:

This opportunity appeared a few weeks ago. One day I received 2 phone calls and encountered a face-to-face “run in” with individuals from my past, whom I had a history with. Now granted, there wasn’t anything to “run” from regarding these previous relationships but intuitively I knew there was a “story” still attached. In essence, I had a belief about myself that was unresolved, and I was bound to experience similar results until I addressed my thought processes.

So during my evening mediation, my inner spirit spoke to me and gave me specific directions on transcend the barriers that were impacting my future. The results were extraordinary as I immediately felt liberated from the “spiritual ties” that were interwoven throughout the base of my spine. “I was free.” In fact, those were the words that I heard.

If you’re wanting to take your personal healing to the next level, begin with asking yourself these questions:

“What beliefs do I behold about myself? How am I benefiting from them? What do I need to do to release them?”

If you’re unsure of what those beliefs are, begin to pay attention to who and what is arising out of no where, as the Universe is continuously pointing you in the direction of self-healing. Your inner frequency and subconscious thoughts attract parallel experiences into your immediate world, despite what you want. Therefore, until your internal vibration shifts, chances are you’ll continue to manifest what you’re “familiar” with and prove that your belief system is the ultimate reality.

There isn’t a specific way to ask for Divine guidance. It’s an intimate conversation between you and God that begins within the truth of your heart and manifests itself into tangible evidence—and all in Divine timing. You will also be required to give up the desire to control external circumstances and be willing to discipline yourself to witness Grace in motion.

Regardless if your personal preference for calling upon Spiritual assistance is elicited from: God, archangels, guardian angels, spirit guides, or loved ones from the other side, trust the source of healing energy that’s bestowed upon you is a gift from God. NO THING or NO ONE is excluded from Divine healing and guidance, ever, as all forms of creation are significantly held within the arms of which it was created.

Years ago, I had a blue Persian cat named Essa. (Stories about her are also in my book.) She was quite the lady. She was mostly blind and deaf, but loved being pampered; and she was in my life to teach me numerous lessons.

Anyway, this story took place over Christmas break. My brother spent the holiday at my house, but when he left to return home, apparently, Essa darted out the door without him noticing.

When I came home later that afternoon, Essa was no where to be found. I didn’t have much time to look for her as I was on my lunch break but figured she’d be back that evening because she’d be hungry.

Well…that didn’t happen. And after 3 days of looking for her day and night, scouring the streets for her whereabouts I surrendered to the fact that she wasn’t coming home.

As I often do, when I find myself stumbling through life seeking answers during times of uncertainly, I sit down and get silent. I know myself well enough to know that I seldom receive solutions to my dilemmas when I work my brain into a frenzy of rational thinking. I allow Wisdom to arise through me as I immerse myself in the feeling of gratitude and surrender to, “Thy will be done,” —-and I follow the instructions that I’m being given as well as utilizing common sense.

It was 9pm, and in my last attempt to find her…I decided to do this:

Create a “Lost” flyer to paste on the community mailboxes. And while I was busy designing the sign, I remembered I’d read somewhere that if you call upon “the angels” and more specifically, Archangel Raphael (God’s healing messenger for healing and animals) well, anything can happen.

Hey! At this point, I had nothing to lose, so asked for Divine help in bringing Essa home. I focused my attention to be open for anything but expect nothing.

So after creating my black and white flyer, and with duct tape in hand to make darn sure “my sign” was going to securely stick to the metal mailboxes, I opened the door, took one step, and here comes Essa, nonchalantly walking in like nothing ever happened.

My response: Speechless. Dumbfounded. Awe-mazement…as I spoke many words of gratitude for bringing Essa home safely.
