28 Apr Tips for facing your FEARS with confidence
As the end of April is approaching, I can honestly say I’m grateful that spring has finally sprung and it’s clear that a new consciousness is also emerging. It’s no secret that as a society we are being spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically tested on how we’re going to handle the slow-road ahead in healing ourselves, our families and our world.
Now while no path is certain, I do know this:
There are two choices when navigating your life’s path during stressful times:
Give into fear or fall into faith.
When you fall into Faith, you have access to the spiritual realm…
Spiritual messages pervade the air, especially during stress and chaos. So tune in and allow God, Archangels, spirit guides, guardians and loved ones (that have crossed, including pets) offer valuable insight, love and healing.
Techniques for “moving” fear out of your experience…
- Make fear your friend. That’s right. Fear is no longer the enemy. Once you acknowledge, accept and embrace your fear, you take away it’s power to control you. So go forth and give it a voice. Build rapport with your fear through journaling, talking out-loud, singing, dancing, exercising or do whatever it takes to move “stuck” chi out of your body. Reclaim your personal power through expressing your emotions in a constructive way. And if you’re willing to do this with an open-heart, you may find that something beautiful can transpire when you least expect it.
- Pray and meditate. But before you do, specifically ask for inner guidance and Wisdom to come forth to assist you through these challenging times. I’ve often experienced that Spirit provides information one step at a time. So hone your ability to listen with your inner ear and do your best not to allow the chaos of the mind create more chatter.
- And finally, remember you’re a human being living during this powerful time and facing a pandemic. Give yourself permission to be upset, angry, resentful or worried about your current state of health and well-being….. and Trust. Know there is Great Force that can override any challenging situation. Remain focused on seeing life’s small miracles and together we can thrive in a new world of being spiritual beings having a human experience.
Blessings,
Angela
